Pedestrian Dies in Fresno Hit-and-Run Crash at Ashlan Avenue

 
FRESNO, CA (October 19, 2020) — A hit-and-run pedestrian crash at Ashlan Avenue and North First Street left one person dead and investigators on the hunt for the suspect Friday night.
 
According to officers, a call came in just before 8:00 p.m. regarding a driver striking a pedestrian.
 
Upon arriving at the scene, officers found the victim on the road who later died.
 
At this time, police are fervently searching for clues that could point to the suspect’s whereabouts.
