One Hospitalized after Multi-Car Crash on China Lake Boulevard [Ridgecrest, CA]
Vehicle Hits Two Parked Cars in Pile-Up Accident on China Lake Boulevard in Ridgecrest
RIDGECREST, CA (September 11, 2020) – Medics sent one person to the hospital after a multi-car crash on China Lake Boulevard just before noon Friday.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at the Harbor Freight parking lot at approximately 11:48 AM.
Based on a report, a white Mercury Grand Marquis struck a vehicle that stopped at a four-way light. Subsequently, it continued across the intersection then struck the center median and hit a sign. Finally, it continued across the parking lot of Harbor Freight and struck a parked black Chevrolet Cruze and a blue Honda Civic.
As a result, crews transported the driver of the Mercury to Ridgecrest Regional Hospital. The Ridgecrest Police Department did not record other injuries in the incident.
The crash remained under investigation by the CHP. However, they do not release further details at this time.
