Two Injured in USPS Truck Crash on Holden Street [Seattle, WA]
United States Post Office Carrier Collides with Car on Holden Street near Marginal Way in Seattle
SEATTLE, WA (September 2, 2020) – Police confirmed that two people suffered injuries in a crash involving a USPS truck on South Holden Street on early Wednesday morning.
According to the Washington State Department of Transportation, the accident happened near West Marginal Way at approximately 4:00 AM.
Based on a report, the USPS truck collided with a white vehicle at the intersection. As a result, the department said crews had to extricate someone from one of the vehicles.
After a rescue operation, medics sent two people, including a postal employee, to the hospital with minor injuries.
The crash blocked multiple lanes of State Route 99 for over an hour. At this time, an investigation is still ongoing.
