Four Injured in Street Racing Crash on North 45th Street [Lancaster, CA]
Two Vehicles Involved in Lancaster Street Racing Crash
LANCASTER, CA (August 31, 2020) – At least four people suffered injuries when a street racing led to a crash on North 45th Street on early Monday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened near West Avenue G at approximately 12:40 AM.
Based on a report, Lancaster police officers found two vehicles at the intersection. An initial investigation showed that the crash was due to street racing. However, officials did not yet release the details on how the collision occurred.
As a result, patients transported four patients to the hospital. The victims sustained various injuries but none are life-threatening at this time.
The investigation is ongoing. However, LASD Lancaster officers don’t have additional details this time.
