Man Fatally Struck by Hit-and-Run Vehicle in Los Angeles Pedestrian Crash at Florence Avenue
LOS ANGELES, CA (August 24, 2020) — A man died in a hit-and-run pedestrian crash at Florence Avenue and Alameda Street Saturday morning.
According to reports, the incident happened just before 4:30 p.m.
Authorities say that a man, believed to be in his 30s, died after a vehicle struck him under unknown circumstances.
As a result, the victim sustained fatal injuries and the driver left the scene moments later.
The California Highway Patrol plans to investigate the driver, vehicle and events that took place before the impact. If anyone has information related to this crash, please contact local authorities.
