Man Struck by Car While Walking his Bike on 35th Avenue near Myrtle Avenue in Phoenix
PHOENIX, AZ (August 13, 2020) – Police confirmed that a man was in critical condition after a pedestrian accident on 35th Avenue on Thursday morning.
According to Phoenix Police, the collision happened near Myrtle Avenue at approximately 5:00 AM.
Based on a report, the victim was walking his bike prior to the crash. Subsequently, a car traveling south on 35th Avenue struck him.
As a result, the victim suffered life-threatening injuries. Paramedics took him to a hospital in critical condition.
Phoenix police said the driver remained at the scene and was cooperating with officers. However, at this point, officers don’t have additional information to share.
