81-Year-Old Norman Kent Killed in Hit-and-Run on Harbor Boulevard [Santa Ana, CA]
Pedestrian Norman Kent Struck and Killed by Hit-and-Run Driver in Santa Ana
SANTA ANA, CA (July 17, 2020) – Police identified 81-year-old Norman Kent as the victim who got killed in a hit-and-run on Harbor Boulevard on Friday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at McFadden Avenue around 9:25 PM.
Based on a report, Kent was standing on the center median prior to the accident. Consequently, a white Jeep Cherokee struck him and left the scene afterward.
Paramedics pronounced the victim dead at the scene. The Deputy Orange County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Norman Kent, 81, of Garden Grove.
At this point, the case remains under investigation. The department’s Collision Investigation Unit is urging anyone with information regarding the crash to call them at 714-245-8216.
