Rider Airlifted After Motorcycle Crash on Koala Road [Adelanto, CA]
Semi-Truck and Motorcycle Crash on Koala Road and Vintage Road in Adelanto
ADELANTO, CA (June 25, 2020) – Paramedics airlifted a rider airlifted after a motorcycle crash on Koala Road on Thursday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Washington Avenue at approximately 1:30 PM.
First responders found the victim down from his 2005 Harley-Davidson Road Glide after colliding with a semi-truck. However, police did not release a report on the incidents that led to the crash.
Crews transported the rider to a nearby landing zone and subsequently airlifted him via H325 to Loma Linda University Medical Center.
The driver of the double-trailer semi did not sustain any injury and stayed at the scene.
The Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station is handling the investigation. In addition, they will release additional information as it becomes available.
