Two Seriously Injured in Car Accident on Bayside Lane [San Diego, CA]
Injuries Sustained in Single-Vehicle Accident near Sunset Court in San Diego
SAN DIEGO, CA (June 19, 2020) – Two people suffered serious injuries in a car accident on Bayside Lane on early Friday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near Sunset Court around 12:15 AM.
A report from San Diego Police showed a 24-year-old man driving a 2006 Acura TL sedan made a sudden movement to the right before the crash. As a result, the car struck a support beam for a carport of a home.
The driver suffered a broken right ankle. His 25-year-old female passenger suffered a fractured skull, a fractured nose, and a concussion. Paramedics took the victims to a hospital for treatment.
Police did not release additional information. However, they continue to investigate the accident.
