Corey La Barrie Dies, Daniel Silva Detained Following Single-Vehicle Crash on Huston Street at Carpenter Avenue

 
VALLEY VILLAGE, CA (May 12, 2020)—A well-known YouTuber died Sunday following a single-vehicle accident on Huston Street at Carpenter Avenue.
 
According to authorities, the crash happened on Corey La Barrie‘s 25th birthday around 9:30 p.m. in the Valley Village area of Los Angeles.
 
A 2020 McLaren 600LT, driven by Ink Master’s Daniel Joseph Silva, was traveling eastbound on Houston Street at a high rate of speed. Unfortunately, the 27-year-old Los Angeles man lost control of the wheel, veered off the road and collided with a stop sign before hitting a tree.
 
Authorities say that Silva had to be stopped for attempting to leave the crash by citizens who came to help. Paramedics had to take him to a local hospital for his unknown injuries.
 
La Barrie, who had been riding in the passenger seat, was taken to a local hospital where he died shortly after.
 
Police have arrested Silva Monday on murder charges. An ongoing investigation remains as authorities learn more about the accident.
