Woman Injured in San Diego Pedestrian Accident
SAN DIEGO, CA (December 14, 2020)—A woman sustained several injuries following a pedestrian accident on Cardiff Street near Jamacha Road.
According to the San Diego Police, the crash happened around 9:15 p.m. Under unknown circumstances, a 2005 Dodge Ram traveling southbound in the 1000 block of Cardiff Street struck the 46-year-old woman.
Inferring from investigations, police learned that the woman was crossing outside of a marked crosswalk when the driver, who had no time to stop, struck her.
As a result of the accident, the woman suffered a broken leg and cuts to her forehead.
