Michael Flint Dies in Pedestrian Crash Near Highway 273 and Happy Valley Road
ANDERSON, CA (December 15, 2020)—A 57-year-old man died following Sunday’s pedestrian accident near Highway 273 and Happy Valley Road.
According to authorities, the fatal incident happened around 12:30 a.m. just before deputies and emergency personnel arrived.
Union Pacific Railroad dispatchers notified officials about a train hitting a pedestrian near Highway 273. Upon arrival, crews found the victim, later identified as 57-year-old Michael Flint.
Due to his massive head injuries, paramedics ushered him to Mercy Hospital as a trauma alert; however, in spite of having received life-saving measures, Flint died shortly after.
At this time, investigators have yet to determine the precise events that unfolded prior to the crash. If anyone has additional insight into this crash, please call detectives.
