Woman Dies in Modesto Pedestrian Accident
MODESTO, CA (December 17, 2020) — A woman died December 8 after being struck by a utility truck in a pedestrian crash near Yosemite Boulevard.
According to the Modesto Police, the incident happened around 7:13 a.m. at Yosemite Boulevard and South Riverside Drive
Located at the Stop N Save parking lot, a Modesto Irrigation District utility truck struck the woman. Due to her injuries, she passed away a short time later.
Traffic officers arrived at the scene to investigate what had happened. At this time, the incident remains unclear, but anyone who can help authorities determine the factors that led to the accident should contact the Modesto Police Department.
