SAN DIEGO, CA (December 9, 2020) – A woman suffered injuries in a hit-and-run pedestrian crash in the 3800 block of Camino Del Rio West on early Sunday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near Hancock Street at approximately 2:56 AM.
Based on a report, the victim was walking on the curb line at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, an unknown vehicle came and struck her. Subsequently, the San Diego Police Department said the vehicle fled the scene.
As a result, the victim sustained injuries in the incident. Medics transported her to a hospital for treatment.
At this time, the Traffic Division of the police department is still investigating the hit and run.
