Aram Delaluz Dies in Pedestrian Accident on North Oracle Road [Tucson, AZ]
31-Year-Old Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Vehicle on North Oracle Road in Tucson
TUCSON, AZ (November 18, 2020) – Police identified Aram Delaluz as the victim who died in a pedestrian accident in the 3500 block of North Oracle Road on Wednesday night.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened just south of East Prince Road around 9:30 PM.
Based on a report, the pedestrian was walking east across Oracle at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, a blue 2008 Toyota Prius going north struck him. Roadway evidence showed the Toyota left the paved road and caused the incident.
As a result, Tucson Police Department said 31-year-old Delaluz died at the scene.
The driver stopped immediately and cooperated with investigators. Later on, a DUI officer determined the driver was sober. However, police said speed appeared to be a factor in the crash. At this time, an investigation into the case is still ongoing.
