SAN BERNARDINO, CA (November 12, 2020) — A man died in Tuesday’s hit-and-run pedestrian accident near 3rd Street and North Allen Street.
According to authorities, the accident happened around 3:45 a.m. when a caller contacted police about a man lying on the streets, covered in blood.
Per detectives, the pedestrian may have been crossing the road in a dark stretch when a driver struck him and fled the scene.
Despite having received life-saving efforts, the 41-year-old San Bernardino man died at the scene.
