20-Year-Old Jadalynn Pasion, 14-Year-Old Boy Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Glen Harbor Boulevard [Glendale, AZ]

Three Vehicles Involved in Fatal Crash on Glen Harbor Boulevard near 117th Avenue in Glendale

 
GLENDALE, AZ (October 17, 2020) – Police identified Jadalynn Pasion as one of the two victims who died in a multi-vehicle crash on Glen Harbor Boulevard on late Saturday evening.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened near 117th Avenue at about 11:30 PM.
 
Based on a report, three vehicles collided in the lanes. Pasion and a teenage boy were passengers in one of the cars. Due to an unknown reason, a second car rear-ended their vehicle that was driving westbound. As a result, their vehicle struck a third car that was driving eastbound on the road.
 
As a result, 20-year-old Jadalynn Faith Pasion and the 14-year-old boy died at the scene. The identity of the boy was not immediately available. The driver of their car sustained minor injuries. In addition, the driver of the third vehicle also had minor injuries.
 
Upon initial assessment, officers are looking at speed and impairment as both factors in the crash. However, an investigation is still ongoing.
 
The family of Jadalynn Pasion has set up a GoFundMe account to help pay for funeral expenses.
