Driver Sought after Hit-and-Run Crash on Kietzke Lane [Reno, NV]
One Injured in Hit-and-Run Crash on Kietzke Lane at Mill Street in Reno
RENO, NV (October 1, 2020) – Police officers are now looking for a driver after a hit-and-run crash on Kietzke Lane on Thursday morning.
According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, the accident happened at the intersection of Mill Street.
Based on a report, the suspect was driving a vehicle north on Kietzke when the vehicle crossed the center line and hit another vehicle that was driving southbound. Subsequently, the suspect and one passenger fled the scene on foot.
As a result, the driver of the victim vehicle suffered minor injuries. Emergency crews took the victim to the hospital for treatment.
Officers from the Reno Police Department later found and arrested the passenger for unrelated misdemeanor charges. However, they are is still looking for the driver.
