Man Lying on Street Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Valley Boulevard [Los Angeles, CA]
Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Hit-and-Run Vehicle on Valley Boulevard near Boca Avenue in Los Angeles
LOS ANGELES, CA (September 8, 2020) – Police confirmed that a man who was lying on the street got killed in a pedestrian accident on Valley Boulevard on Tuesday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened near Boca Avenue at approximately 10:10 PM.
Based on a report, the victim was lying on the roadway when a black vehicle traveling west on Valley struck him. In addition, the driver did not stop at the scene to help.
Consequently, medics took the man to a local hospital, where he died due to severe injuries. Police only described the victim as a man in his 20s.
This time, the Los Angeles Police Department does not have additional information about the vehicle or driver. However, there is a reward of up to $25,000 for information that will lead to the identity, arrest, and conviction of the driver.
