Fatal Pedestrian Crash on Narramore Road at Rainbow Valley Road in Buckeye
BUCKEYE, AZ (August 24, 2020) – Police identified Nina Olsen as the victim who died in a pedestrian accident on Narramore Road on Monday evening.
According to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, the incident happened at the intersection of Rainbow Valley Road around 7:30 PM.
Based on a report, the victim was checking the mail at the time of the accident. Due to an unknown reason, an unidentified vehicle struck her while she was at the roadway.
As a result, emergency crews said the woman died at the hospital. She was 61 years old.
Deputies said the driver was not intoxicated and speed was not a factor in the crash. At this point, the investigation into the case continues.
