SAN DIEGO, CA (August 21, 2020) – A bicyclist suffered serious injuries in a hit-and-run accident on West Washington Street on Friday afternoon.

Based on a report, a Dodge minivan struck the 70-year-old man who was riding his bicycle. Afterward, the driver took off without rendering aid to the victim.
