Abel Borrachandogarcia Killed, Andres Francisco Hospitalized in Kittitas Rollover Crash

 
KITTITAS COUNTY, WA (August 18, 2020)—A man died in a rollover accident Saturday on the 90 Freeway near Milepost 61.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the incident happened around 5:40 p.m.
 
WSP officials say Abel Borrachandogarcia had lost control of the vehicle for unknown reasons, causing the car to overturn multiple times before it came to a rest on its side.
 
Soon after, paramedics ushered the 21-year-old to Harborview Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
 
His 28-year-old passenger, Andres Francisco, was brought to Overlake Hospital. However, reports included no information surrounding his current condition.
 
At this time, investigators have not determined if drugs or alcohol had played a factor in the accident; however, they have learned that neither man was wearing a seat belt.
