Pedestrian Hit, Injured by Hit-and-Run Driver in Exposition Park
EXPOSITION PARK, CA (August 7, 2020)—Paramedics rushed a female pedestrian to a hospital following a hit-and-run accident Wednesday near South Western Avenue and West 38th Place.
According to news reports, authorities responded to the scene around 2:47 a.m. to find a woman in the roadway; however, the vehicle that struck her had left the scene prior to their arrival.
Soon after, paramedics transported the seriously injured woman to a hospital for immediate treatment.
Now, detectives are seeking the help of witnesses regarding the driver and vehicle involved in this hit-and-run accident. Those with information should contact the local police department.
