Alexander Leisten Dies in Single-Vehicle Accident on Senter Road Near Story Road

SAN JOSE, CA (August 7, 2020) — A driver died last Friday following a single-vehicle accident on Senter Road near Story Road.

According to reports, the accident happened around 7:30 a.m. near Kelley Park.

The victim whom the Santa Clara County coroner’s office identified as Alexander Leisten was purportedly speeding northbound before losing control of his white Toyota Camry. Subsequently, his vehicle plowed into a tree.

The 32-year-old man died at the scene that Friday, marking the city’s 26th fatal accident this year.
