Man Critical After Bicycle Accident on Van Ness Avenue [San Francisco, CA]
50-Year-Old Bicyclist Injured in Crash on Van Ness Avenue and Grove Street in San Francisco
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (July 13, 2020) – A man became critical after a bicycle accident on Van Ness Avenue on Monday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near Grove Street at approximately 9:30 PM.
Based on a report, the man was riding his bicycle at the time of the accident. A vehicle driven by a 26-year-old driver hit the victim.
As a result, emergency crews transported the 50-year-old bicyclist to the hospital with critical injuries.
Meanwhile, the driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. As of today, police don’t have additional information regarding the case.
