SHERMAN OAKS, CA (July 7, 2020) — A woman suffered critical injuries following Monday’s multi-car crash on Highway 101 near Sepulveda Boulevard.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash involved at least one truck and happened around 8:00 a.m.
 
Firefighters had to free the woman, who was trapped in a vehicle, and transported her to a local hospital in critical condition.
 
Per reports, medics ushered another patient to a hospital for a medical evaluation.
 
Because the circumstances in which the crash unfolded remain unclear, authorities encourage witnesses to come forward to help them piece together what had happened.
