One Killed in Accident on Highway 160 [Las Vegas, NV]

All Lanes Closed After Highway 160 Deadly Accident near Tecopa Road

 
LAS VEGAS, NV (May 29, 2020) – Police confirmed that one person was killed in an accident on Highway 160 on Friday night.
 
According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, the collision happened just north of Tecopa Road at approximately 9:20 PM.
 
Authorities tagged the accident as a fatal crash. However, the Nye County Sheriff’s Office did not release details as to how the collision occurred.
 
Officials proclaimed one person dead at the scene. They did not release the identity of the victim pending kin notification.
 
Crews blocked all lanes due to the incident.
 
Officials did not release other information. However, they continue to investigate the case.
