Bicyclist Seriously Injured in Accident on Harbor Boulevard [Santa Ana, CA]
Hit-and-Run Vehicle Involved in Bicycle Accident near Fifth Street
SANTA ANA, CA (May 23, 2020) – A bicyclist suffered serious injuries in an accident on Harbor Boulevard on Saturday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened near Fifth Street at approximately 8:40 PM.
A CHP report showed that the victim was riding along the right shoulder of Harbor Boulevard when the collision occurred. In addition, the black Subaru left the scene after the incident.
Emergency crews from Ventura County Fire Department transported the 33-year-old bicyclist to Ventura County Medical Center for the treatment of serious injuries.
The authorities had no information regarding the hit-and-run driver. However, they continued to investigate the case.
