HESPERIA, CA (May 9, 2020) – Authorities confirmed that a pedestrian was struck and killed by a train on Santa Fe Avenue on Saturday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened near Lime Street around 4:52 PM.
San Bernardino County Firefighters and deputies from the Hesperia Sheriff’s station responded to the scene and found a man who was possibly struck by a train.
Emergency responders pronounced the victim deceased at the scene. However, officials did not provide his identity at this time.
