Terrence Griffin Killed in Pedestrian-Train Accident Along Edison Highway
BAKERSFIELD, CA (April 6, 2020) — A pedestrian died Thursday morning after being struck by a train along Edison Highway near Morning Drive.
According to the Kern County Coroner’s Office, Terrence Letrey Griffin died after being hit by the train in East Bakersfield.
The crash which occurred just after 8:00 a.m. happened east of Morning Drive.
The 26-year-old victim died at the scene, and a postmortem examination remains underway as officials determine the exact cause and manner of his death.
