Two Critical After Pedestrian Accident on Flower Street [Santa Ana, CA]

SANTA ANA, CA (March 23, 2020) – Two people were listed in critical conditions after a pedestrian accident on Flower Street on Monday night.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened near 1st Street shortly after 11:30 PM.
Based on reports, a black Chevrolet Camaro hit a male pedestrian and a female pedestrian while they crossed the street. However, one pedestrian rode a bike at the time.
The paramedics sent them to the hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the car remained at the scene and cooperated with the police for a field sobriety test. An investigation showed that drugs or alcohol did not a role in the crash.
Always give way to small vehicles like motorcycles and bicycles to avoid accidents. However, follow traffic regulations. Above all, do not engage in speeding and reckless driving activities.
